Spring colors

I found this on pinterest, but don't know where it came from- so sorry!  I wanted to show how you could incorporate some of these colors into your home for spring.

I have chosen some simple items from target to show how this is possible.  With these pillows you can add the Cockatoo and Sodalite Blue colors.

This small accent table allows you to add a punch in the 

Tangerine Tango color.

Add this frame to a side table and you have added the Margarita color!

It is fun to add a little color to your home in the spring, and this chart will provide you with the latest and greatest colors!

Look to nature for colors!

The point is there are color arrangement ideas everywhere.  Look around and see what is appealing to you!

Mix it up!

Did you know that MOST of us are drawn to the same colors within our home. 

If you take a look in some different rooms in your home you should notice some similar colors, or at least colors that compliment each other.

So, that leads me to the MIX IT UP part.  If you are tired of a room in your home move some furniture around.  If you have an entire suit in your den- the sofa, love seat, and matching chair, move one of the pieces and change it out with another piece from another room.  

One of my favorite ideas is to look outside!  Maybe you have some outdoor furniture like a whicker chair that would bring texture into a room.  Or, maybe you have a small side table that has a tile top it can also add texture!

So, give it a try and see what happens!  You never know until you try, and it can always be put back!

Okay, so if you are not that brave, try just one wall.  This fun dining room adds lots of color just through the one wall.

Lastly, this shows just a little color in the chairs, rugs, and pillows.  

Try adding some color today even if it is just a block of color in a frame.
